These terms apply to passbritain.co.uk (“PassBritain”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What PassBritain is

PassBritain is an independent study aid for people preparing for the Life in the UK test. We are not affiliated with the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any government contractor. Our questions are original. They are not government questions and must not be treated as such. We do not provide immigration advice.

Accounts and access

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure. Paid access lasts 90 days from a one-off purchase, or for as long as a monthly subscription remains active. Access is granted and revoked by our Stripe webhook, not by the checkout success page.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the question bank, share paid access, or use the service to mislead anyone about a test result. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

Practice scores do not predict whether you will pass the Home Office test. We provide the service “as is”. Nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice. We are not liable for a failed application or test. These terms do not exclude liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
